Stella Orton Home Care Agency and Richmond Home Need Services are committed to providing compassionate and personalized care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.

We have Registered Nurses who will create a personalized care plan that’s tailored to your circumstances and then, we’ll be there to provide the services you need . We can provide home healthcare aides in split shifts or for live-in care when it is required.

We are a New York State Licensed Home Care Services Agency. We contract with most Managed Care and Managed Long-Term Care Providers in the New York area, as well as with the Human Resources Administration of New York City (HRA), the Visiting Nurse Service (VNS), Department for the Aging (DFTA) and Administration for Children’s Services (ACS).
